NOTE3 SGP s view 不能用的問題

最近前2天在電腦家 買了 NOTE3 3G版 然後又去買了 SGP保護殼 有小視窗的那種

之後我把保護殼裝上去 發現 S VIEW 不能用了

我手機買來也沒有更新過版本 還是 4.3的

還是最近買的NOTE3都不能使用了?

有什麼解決辦法嗎?

另外問一下 NOTE3 最開始版本就是 4.3嗎?

還是有更低的版本

如果有可以把4.3刷到更低的版本嗎
