關於ux32vd有一些問題想請教.

大概是去年8月吧 在網路上購入一台ux32vd
剛開始還蠻好用的 沒什麼毛病

但最近開機速度變得好慢 開機大概要5分鐘那麼久
以前舊的筆電都沒有那麼誇張阿

蓋上螢幕或是閒置過久後 會自動休眠?
螢幕全黑 只剩下f2還有電源的燈亮著
而且不管按甚麼都叫不起來
只能按電源鍵關掉重開機

如下圖,請問這樣是正常的嗎?

有試著重灌過 但是情況沒有改善
這樣電腦需要送修嗎?
