急助！儲熱熱水器無法加熱！？問題出在哪裡

各位大大可以救救小弟嗎！
家裡2011年10月買了1台東隆的儲熱型熱水器
都正常使用，無設定定時加熱，只有設定溫控加熱(例如:小於45度，加熱至設定上限溫度60度)
這幾天使用都沒有異狀
今天洗澡時突然發現沒有熱水可以用
看了機身沒有故障碼出現，而且加熱指示燈有恆亮，代表有一直在嘗試加熱
@@有嘗試重開機，重新設定溫控溫度……都沒有用
而且當初說明書經過幾次大掃除已經不見了T^T
只記得當初安裝師父有提醒說內桶要清，不然像我家水質不好的地方容易壞掉
高雄這幾天晚上天氣還是很冷，家中耆老小孩都沒辦法像我洗冷水澡
請問大大們小弟家中熱水器到底發生什麼事情了！
