CEO年收入飆近4億 百事可樂加薪好樂

百事可樂的印度裔執行長努伊去年薪酬比2012年上升5%，達到1320萬美元 (台幣3億9600萬元)。

努伊去年薪酬上升，是績效紅利升高的結果。績效紅利升高，則反映了百事可樂的「過渡年」成績不錯。

58歲的努伊2006年以來擔任百事可樂執行長，2007年以來兼董事長。

過去幾年來，百事可樂的市場占有率不斷輸給可口可樂，努伊力圖扭轉頹勢，宣布2012年為過渡年，「重新設定目標」，大砍成本，並且特別著重於增加旗艦品牌的行銷投資。

努伊2013年的薪酬包括本薪160萬美元，股票獎勵750萬美元，以及績效紅利四百萬美元。她2012年的績效紅利是330萬美元。其他項目包括以10萬2772美元使用公司飛機，以及陸路交通費3萬463美元。
