有「新興市場教父」之稱的知名基金經理人墨比爾斯說，18日將在紐約證交所首次公開發行股票（IPO）交易的阿里巴巴公司結構，將使股東處於「危險的情況」。

墨比爾斯警告，阿里巴巴的公司結構將使股東對管理幾乎毫無影響力，萬一公司發生問題將難以行使法律追訴權。

其他分析師也已對阿里巴巴的結構提出兩方面的質疑，第一是公司合夥人控制董事會的組成，股東沒有多大發言權。其次是阿里巴巴以「可變利益實體」（VIE）上市，以規避中國嚴格的外國投資規定，此種複雜的所有權結構意味投資人對公司採取法律行動時會遭遇問題。

墨比爾斯說：「你必須上中國法院，這可能很困難，甚至不可能。創辦人掌控公司主要資產，如果出了問題，你束手無策。」

阿里巴巴的公司結構曾在與香港證交所初步洽談上市時遭拒絕，原因是對股東保護的顧慮，阿里巴巴轉而向紐約證交所申請首次公開發行股票（IPO），並獲通過。

阿里巴巴獨霸中國電子商務市場的優勢吸引眾多投資人，但墨比爾斯不為所動，並建議投資人對阿里巴巴的IPO保持審慎。

先前被香港廉政公署調查的壹傳媒集團主席黎智英，今天在律師陪同下前往廉署總部，約2個多小時後離開，並說會繼續爭取普選。

黎智英於下午2時許抵達香港廉政公署位於北角的總部，停留2個多小時後，於下午5時前離開，但他沒有說明到廉署的詳情。

不過，黎智英離開時說，堅持爭取普選和繼續支持爭取普選的人。

香港廉署拒絕評論黎智英是否到場協助調查。

8月28日，廉署派人到黎智英的住宅搜索調查，外界相信這與黎智英向政治人物捐款有關。

月前有報導指出，黎智英過去2年曾向泛民主派人士捐款累計港幣4000萬元（約新台幣1億5200萬元）。

多名屬泛民的香港立法會議員包括李卓人、梁家傑和梁國雄已承認曾收取過黎智英的捐款，但並未依照議會規則向立法會申報。

廉署事後表示接獲貪污投訴，指控有立法會議員收受利益，涉嫌觸犯防止賄賂條例。為此，廉署展開調查，目前受查的重點人物是黎智英和李卓人。

黎智英曾公開承認向泛民人士捐款，並澄清這些錢每一塊都是自己賺的，問心無愧，他還表示將會繼續捐款。

按照立法會議事規則，議員收受外界捐款，必須向議會申報，否則觸犯規則，可能受查。

多年前，黎智英也曾承認向民主黨創黨主席李柱銘及前政務司司長陳方安生等人捐款，為此，他被香港一些媒體形容為泛民的「金主」。

北京與泛民因政改問題彼此立場激化後，香港一些支持泛民的媒體人遭解職、支持泛民的媒體被退廣告，長期支持泛民的黎智英先遭報章影射「勾結外國勢力干預香港政局」，接著又因報章報導捐款泛民而被調查，讓各界對此有分歧的觀點。
