葉文祥遭押提抗告 竟無簽名

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄17日電）涉餿水油案的強冠董事長葉文祥不滿被裁定羈押，透過律師提抗告。高雄高分院今天裁定補正簽名、蓋章等資料。

葉文祥被控收購郭烈成地下工廠的餿水油，以及進口工業用豬油混合製成劣質油品出售，屏東地檢署12日訊後以涉嫌重大、有串證及逃亡之虞聲押，屏東地方法院13日凌晨裁定收押。

葉文祥認為自己沒有犯罪、不會逃亡，不服羈押，透過律師向台灣高等法院高雄分院提出抗告，高雄高分院今天收到卷宗後分案審理。

高雄高分院表示，合議庭審查後，認為被告未依法於抗告狀簽名、蓋章或按指印，裁定於5日內補正。待補正後，合議庭再就抗告有無理由為准駁的裁定。1030917
