中國廣西潿洲島旅遊度假區管理委員會，以及北海潿洲島旅遊發展有限公司，日前遭受強颱威馬遜正面吹襲後救災不力，遭到民眾抨擊。網路有傳民眾闖入委員會辦公室後，竟發現有人電腦上正播放色情電影，令民眾怨氣一發不可收拾。

中國青年網報導，颱風肆虐後，除了紅十字會捐贈的每戶6瓶礦泉水，一直沒有救災物資發放。潿洲島景區管委會更宣佈禁止水泥、木材、瓦片等建材通過船運上島。打砸事件後，潿洲島旅游區管委會，潿洲島決定撤銷「禁止私運建材」公告，針對島民「缺電缺水缺建材」問題，當地政府表示正處理救災部署。職員電腦出現色情電影畫面一事，公安機關正在調查。（大陸中心╱綜合外電報導）

昨天（26日）香港傾民主派《主場新聞》突然宣布結束，震撼力猶如網路原爆，震驚泛民主派及社運圈。有泛民人士指出，網路媒體興起，近期多次社會抗爭行動，《主場》都扮演推動角色，而中共也明白網絡已成兵家必爭之地，但香港又無法像中國進行網路審查，唯有以經濟打壓網媒，再以「銀彈」扶植親北京的網路媒體，「逐步將網媒河蟹（和諧）」。

除了打壓外，泛民派更指近年網路也出現大批親政府網媒，「一邊明刀明槍挺政府、一邊扮中立不談政治，只講國際、網聞等花邊新聞」，這些網路媒體相信，獲北京銀彈支持，「只要一手餓死反政府網媒，另一手就製造大量河蟹網媒，最後就可以控制網上輿論」。

《主場》近月推出手機版，雖然廣告收入不多，但一直沒有推出讀者收費計劃。《主場》經常轉載不同部落格文章，也會轉載在《臉書》上一些普通網友受歡迎的文章，不少讀者及網友也因而漸漸改變了閱讀習慣，每天直接到《主場》網站瀏覽這些部落格的專欄。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）

「海峽兩岸智慧財產權保護合作協議」2010年9月12日生效。2011年以來，大陸據此辦理台灣商標註冊。據大陸當局統計，2013年全年，台灣在大陸申請商標9844件，註冊1萬547件。

大陸國家工商行政管理總局指出，案件協處機制下的台灣商標保護也取得顯著成效。2013年，受理台灣民眾聲請優先權93件，台方要求協處212件，並透過馳名商標制度，有效保護台灣註冊人合法權益。

大陸國家工商總局負責人表示，大陸各地工商機關對台灣企業商標權的保護，獲得台灣企業的信任，增強了台企展開經營的信心。

大陸國家工商總局統計，截至2013年年底，大陸累計商標註冊申請量為1324萬1000件，累計商標註冊量865萬2000件，商標有效註冊量723萬7900件，連續多年保持世界第一。(中央社)

自刷2.0成功了 現在有個問題
刷完之後版本是NX40X_CNCommon_V1.14
有偵測到更新包是1.16
但是按FOTA線上更新下載完之後無法安裝
按下安裝之後會跳到重新開機畫面 (正常來說已經開始安裝狀態)
但是後來就跑到刷機大師的Recovery的畫面

請問要怎麼順利升級到1.16版本呢

曾獲台北牛肉麵節冠軍的「老董牛肉麵」被爆「詐財」！董事長劉正雄稱與鴻海董事長郭董合作，對外賣股吸金詐騙，金額高達1億元，目前已有投資人告詐欺。

據媒體報導，董事長劉正雄以跟鴻海董事長郭董名義，宣稱鴻海集團旗下的永齡生技「與老董牛肉麵簽訂密約合資新公司」，吸引眾多投資客前往投資，對外賣股吸金高達1億元。目前遭被害人踢爆這是場「騙局」，被害人表示，劉正雄保證未上市股票會在2013公開發行，然卻以各種理由一拖再拖，讓他驚覺受騙。

鴻海昨天發表鄭重聲明，強調鴻海科技集團與老董牛肉麵絕無任何合作關係，並表示，老董牛肉麵若損集團或郭董名譽，將不排除採取法律行動。而老董牛肉麵所屬的「英屬維京群島商富董公司」昨緊急開會，決議明召開臨時會將劉正雄撤職。
