這次九合一選舉期間，一直有著世代差距的討論，話題圍繞在「聽孩子的」、還是「聽父母的」。這樣的討論，彷彿父母與孩子的思維全然不同，年紀大的，保守、支持既存秩序；年輕的，想要改變、顛覆現有遊戲規則。但是，二分法論述，未必能窺其全貌。

前幾天，黑豹旗高中棒球賽，出現一場台灣青棒史上最大的比分差距，八十七比○。這場比賽五局就提前結束，輸隊四名投手，投了近三百球，被敲出卅七支安打，每一項都是驚人的紀錄。贏隊教練，賽後安慰對方選手，他說，不要因為一場球「失去對棒球的熱情」。

教練的話，確實是對的，如果沒了熱情，即使贏球，一樣贏不到未來。教練與選手是不同世代，對手之間是零和關係，但他們對棒球的喜好一致，勝負固然重要，享受比賽過程，則更關鍵。

同樣是黑豹旗，社團級的大安高工對上傳統棒球名校南英商工時，以卅三比○慘敗，但球隊輸得很開心，因為「很難得能與這些未來台灣棒球中流砥柱有交流的機會」。

兩場比賽都是極大分差，不論黑豹旗賽制是否應該改採分級，但球員並沒有因為拿不到勝利而喪志，場邊的觀眾很少，很大一部分是球員的家長，他們認真關注自己孩子的表現，也為對手加油。父母與孩子，從來不是站在對立面。

年輕人從出生開始，網路就無所不在，但大人們其實也一直跟著學習，孩子有臉書，父母也加入；家人間常常有一個line群組，作為溝通工具。電腦與網路的使用愈來愈直覺而簡單，不像二三十年前，深奧難懂不是人人學得會。換句話說，網路根本不是造成世代差異的主要因素。

選舉期間，世代對立與網路大軍一直被提及，事後對照數據，首投族人數在各縣市占比都不高，特別是居住費用昂貴的台北市比率尤低，首投族動向並不能決定勝負。除開台北市之外，網路上論戰的力道其實不十分強勁，游錫堃的網路聲量遠遠不及朱立倫，但開出的票，卻相差無幾。別怪年輕人、別怪網路族，這是民心向背的指標。

事後再看「聽孩子的」或是「聽父母的」，才發現根本是個錯誤命題。父母與孩子都變了，而且向著同一個方向改變，陳腐、教條的宣導，再也沒有人買帳，不能讓庶民有感，就尋不回讓人感動的力量。

想想黑豹旗，球場上拚戰的球員與觀戰的父母，他們對未來有著共同想像，即使八十七比○，那又怎樣？

對於北宜直鐵引發的環保爭議，以從事於水土保持工程設計規畫經驗，為讀者提供一些意見：

以雪隧為例，其開發對生態影響，是長遠性非短期內可見。首先，就地下水的形成，地下水的涵養是極其不易，降雨必須經過地表的入滲，地層滲漏，方有可能在地層深處不透水層上方形成含水層，其所需時間不是一朝半夕，而是數十載，甚而上百年時間，方能蓄積為大規模之含水層。雪隧開挖，穿透許多自冰河時期遺留之含水層，使其純淨地下水大量流失。

再者，地下水為供應河川中基流最主要來源，地下水流失將使河川常流量減少，進而降低水庫進水量，使其必須仰賴雨季時之降雨量；再加上水庫淤沙，使水庫蓄水量降低，可用水已是捉襟見肘，繼續穿山破壞地下水源，將使台灣長期缺水之苦更嚴重。

北宜直鐵工程，可能造成水庫淤積，水庫雖可清淤，但是要花多少成本？水庫集水區，在水土保持法特定水土保持區中被列為第一項，其重要性不在話下。集水區內森林，可涵養水源、調節水量、減少山坡地土壤沖蝕量，進而減少水庫淤沙、維護水質等，可說是百利而無一害。

先不論北宜直鐵穿翡翠水庫之工法，請問施工中要如何做好防災措施？施工時必然會造成原有森林植生覆蓋遭破壞，屆時地表裸露，土壤沖蝕量增加，汙染水質與造成淤積，施工單位如何處理？

依規定辦事、有良心的施工單位，當然不會任意棄置工程廢土，但在經歷了這麼多的黑心事件，您還會期待良心的出現嗎？

最後想問，為了八分鐘車程而禍留子孫，值得嗎？

急問 滷肉要怎麼滷才會好吃?  
要加甚麼料?  
不是用絞肉的肉喔! 是是帶皮的那種 (就是拜拜那種 三牲的那種啦) 
~~~ 我是用電子鍋喔! 

 滷肉

材料： 
五花肉300g 
冰糖一大匙 
醬油2大匙 
油蔥酥少許 
水少許 
花生醬一匙（乳化作用） 
胡椒粉或五香粉少許 

作法: 
1. 五花肉先洗淨川燙 
2. 川燙後的五花肉再用淨水洗淨，切成有口感的小條狀
3. 將五花肉放入鍋中乾炒（不需要放油，自然地將油爆出）炒到肉略微焦黃且有香味出來
4. 加入冰糖代之融化以後（冰糖主要具有上色效果），再加入水少許、醬油煮滾   
5. 加入油蔥酥以及花生醬，放入電子鍋蒸約1.5hr，即可

網家旗下PChome24h購物今天發布「2014消費電子商品採購報告」，以電子消費商品銷售狀況，分析2014年3C、數位、家電等商品趨勢。在食安議題影響下，今年DIY家電佔廚房家電總銷量的4成，包括麵包機、製麵條機、榨油機等自製食材的廚房家電在今年9~10月餿水油議題正發燒時，銷量明顯倍增。

從去年爆發毒澱粉事件開始，食安問題就成為全台民眾最關心的議題，這也同步帶動食安家電的銷售。PChome 24h統計今年9月~10月銷售資料發現，製麵條機相較去年同期銷量成長6.5倍，麵包機銷量年增4倍，榨油機銷量更成長20倍。其中，麵包機更打敗蟬連兩年廚房家電年度冠軍的大同電鍋，成為2014年新霸主。

PChome電子商務部副總經理蔡凱文表示，食安議題除了讓健康家電熱銷，也帶動麵粉銷量成長。此外，像是豆漿機、果汁機的銷售也有大幅成長的趨勢。

而適合單身族使用的個人隨行家電也是今年的重點商品，像是「隨行杯果汁機」今年第一次進榜就拿下「廚房家電年度熱銷排行榜」第三名和第五名。PChome24h購物統計發現，隨行杯果汁機2014年相較2013年銷量就成長近4成，熱銷單品更創下單日特賣熱銷500台佳績，是今年的黑馬商品。

在其他商品部分，今年3C、數位商品以智慧型手機銷量成長幅度最大，銷量年增1倍。大家電則以冰箱成長1.5倍幅度最大，小家電則是以季節家電成長最多。蔡凱文分析，今年消費電子商品以兼具「大、平價、高性能」最受到消費者青睞，小家電則以具有「節能、食安、個人隨行」特性的商品最熱銷。而「大、4G連網、智慧高性能」將成為2015年消費電子商品的採購關鍵字。

資深演員趙舜，10日晚間８點多因心肌梗塞併發多重器官衰竭，傳出病逝消息，讓演藝圈又失去一位人才；他曾三度中風，加上糖尿病、高血壓等疾病，今年又開始洗腎，身體狀況一直都不是很好，也因如此他演出機會銳減，近年以家傳芝麻醬自製「舜哥涼麵」，養活一家大小。

他出道30年，曾在《王子變青蛙》、《愛情魔髮師》和《光陰的故事》等偶像劇軋上一角，甚至是電影《海角七號》，都能看到他身影；只不過他曾投資多項生意，但最後都宣告失敗，一度負債高達3000多萬台幣，但他個性天生活潑、樂觀，當時負債千萬和生病中風時，都沒有因此覺得困難而懷憂喪志，反倒樂觀面對生活。

近年來他自己病痛纏身，17歲小女兒「牛妹」趙子萱則天生患有聽障，一家人相依為命，開心度日。製作人王偉忠和他相識40多年，昨晚10點露面代表他家人向大眾致謝，他妻子張揚真首度開口表示，這些年他從演戲轉做生意，無論是賣涼麵或便當，都很受媒體、民眾支持，讓他們一家充分感受到社會大眾的溫暖。今是他大女兒生日，她難過說「以後每年生日，定會更加懷念父親。

網家旗下PChome24h購物今天發布「2014消費電子商品採購報告」，以電子消費商品銷售狀況，分析2014年3C、數位、家電等商品趨勢。在食安議題影響下，今年DIY家電佔廚房家電總銷量的4成，包括麵包機、製麵條機、榨油機等自製食材的廚房家電在今年9~10月餿水油議題正發燒時，銷量明顯倍增。

從去年爆發毒澱粉事件開始，食安問題就成為全台民眾最關心的議題，這也同步帶動食安家電的銷售。PChome 24h統計今年9月~10月銷售資料發現，製麵條機相較去年同期銷量成長6.5倍，麵包機銷量年增4倍，榨油機銷量更成長20倍。其中，麵包機更打敗蟬連兩年廚房家電年度冠軍的大同電鍋，成為2014年新霸主。

PChome電子商務部副總經理蔡凱文表示，食安議題除了讓健康家電熱銷，也帶動麵粉銷量成長。此外，像是豆漿機、果汁機的銷售也有大幅成長的趨勢。

而適合單身族使用的個人隨行家電也是今年的重點商品，像是「隨行杯果汁機」今年第一次進榜就拿下「廚房家電年度熱銷排行榜」第三名和第五名。PChome24h購物統計發現，隨行杯果汁機2014年相較2013年銷量就成長近4成，熱銷單品更創下單日特賣熱銷500台佳績，是今年的黑馬商品。

在其他商品部分，今年3C、數位商品以智慧型手機銷量成長幅度最大，銷量年增1倍。大家電則以冰箱成長1.5倍幅度最大，小家電則是以季節家電成長最多。蔡凱文分析，今年消費電子商品以兼具「大、平價、高性能」最受到消費者青睞，小家電則以具有「節能、食安、個人隨行」特性的商品最熱銷。而「大、4G連網、智慧高性能」將成為2015年消費電子商品的採購關鍵字。

財政部公股擬加碼台北金融大樓公司（2899）、即台北101大樓持股至51%過半，台北101大樓其他民股賣出意願如何？新光金控（2888）子公司新光人壽10日表示，國內若有買家也可出價到每股約46元高價，新壽站在財務性投資立場，自然樂於賣出，但目前並沒有公股或其他買家與新壽接洽。

公股方面擬以比照台北101未上櫃流通市價每股25元，加碼持股7%，使得泛公股累計掌控台北101大樓股權過半，握緊經營權。不過，25元比起馬來西亞商IOI集團買頂新集團持股的每股約46元價位低很多，因此部分民股股東對賣給公股與否均低調以對。
