新壽公股沒來洽購101持股

財政部公股擬加碼台北金融大樓公司（2899）、即台北101大樓持股至51%過半，台北101大樓其他民股賣出意願如何？新光金控（2888）子公司新光人壽10日表示，國內若有買家也可出價到每股約46元高價，新壽站在財務性投資立場，自然樂於賣出，但目前並沒有公股或其他買家與新壽接洽。

公股方面擬以比照台北101未上櫃流通市價每股25元，加碼持股7%，使得泛公股累計掌控台北101大樓股權過半，握緊經營權。不過，25元比起馬來西亞商IOI集團買頂新集團持股的每股約46元價位低很多，因此部分民股股東對賣給公股與否均低調以對。
