北約統帥：俄在烏邊界集結重兵

北大西洋公約組織歐洲盟軍最高統帥（SACEUR）布里德羅佛上將今天表示，有「相當可觀數量的」俄軍部隊集結在俄羅斯與烏克蘭的交界處。

他並警告，俄軍有可能侵入有分離獨立意識的外聶斯特（Transdniestr）地區。

外聶斯特為摩爾多瓦共和國領土，但尋求獨立出走，且獲莫斯科支持。

同時也是美軍歐洲司令部（US European Command）司令的布里德羅佛（Philip Breedlove）說：「集結在烏克蘭靠東邊界的俄軍部隊，數量非常可觀，且枕戈待旦。」

布里德羅佛在美國智庫「德國馬歇爾基金會」（German Marshall Fund）主辦的論壇上，作此表示。

他說：「讓我擔心的是，俄軍在當地進行一系列軍演。」

俄羅斯軍方21日宣布，在外聶斯特舉行軍事演習。

布里德羅佛指出，北約組織觀察到俄軍的確在當地進行數次大規模演習。
