立院財委會停開 房地合一稅無法報告

反服貿學潮持續影響立法院議事運作，財政委員會原訂今日聽取財政部報告房地合一稅制，因學潮影響宣布停開。

財政委員會今日邀請財政部與內政部就「推動不動產稅制朝房地合一課稅制之阻力及其解決之道」提出專案報告，不過因為反服貿學潮持續進行抗爭，財委會宣布暫停開會。

財政部指出，不動產房地合一稅制是未來的改革目標，不過，必須要有相關配套，包括實價登錄制度更為完備之後，才會逐步推動。
