反服貿部分群眾，23日晚間7點半轉攻占行政院，今(24)日清晨遭警方驅離。行政院長江宜樺將在上午11時親自召開記者會，說明關於政院遭民眾占領一事。但稍早傳出幕僚欲前往新聞中心進行前置作業時，發現大門被反鎖，鑰匙無法打開，懷疑是否還有民眾在內，緊急請警方到場突破。

對於反服貿黑箱作業學生昨天前往行政院進行占領行動，遭警方驅離，國民黨中央政策會執行長林鴻池今(24)日表示，對於政治表達各種不同意見給予尊重，但必須在法律的基礎之上，昨天學生到行政院拆大門、打破門窗、破壞機電，這是不法行為，應該譴責暴力，不然將破壞民主法制的基礎，希望儘快恢復正常，支持政府執法，社會不能縱容暴力。

行政院長江宜樺原定將在上午11時親自召開記者會，說明關於政院遭民眾占領一事。預定召開記者會的新聞中心，現在出現大門遭反鎖，院方人士緊急找來警方協助，發現有人將出口堵住，目前已在處理當中。
