聯合國大會投票 克島公投違法

美聯社報導，聯合國大會27日以100票同意、11票反對、58票棄權，通過認可烏克蘭領土完整的決議，認為克里米亞加入俄羅斯的公投違法。

聯合國大會共有193個會員國，此投票結果比許多外交官員預期的結果好得多。聯大不同於安理會，不受特定國家否決權的限制，法律效力也有限，但能反映各會員國意見。
