宜蘭發檢驗劑 清明食安把關自己來

清明節前夕，食品安全的把關可以自己來。！宜蘭縣衛生局即日起免費提供1000份的「食品簡易DIY篩檢試劑」，用來檢驗清明節應景的食品，其中過氧化氫檢驗試劑用來檢查家禽肉品、麵條、丸類、火鍋料、豆製品，皂黃檢驗試劑可用來檢查色澤較鮮黃的鹹魚及豆乾。

衛生局指出，民眾可以依說明書指示，切1小塊未經烹煮的食品，在食品上滴1滴試劑，觀察滴點處的顏色變化，即可簡易得知，向業者買的食品，有沒有添加不合法的過氧化氫或皂黃。
