紅酒、訂製服展　高價建案吹時尚風

房市轉冷，高總價建案拚329檔期買氣，祭各式精緻化賞屋活動。新竹透天別墅「先生的墅」今午舉辦紅酒品酒展，邀請美國酒莊團隊合作展出5款紅酒，共有30名企業主報名參加；「遠雄九五」推浪凡頂級紅毯訂製服125年回顧展，明午舉辦開幕酒會，周日另邀李明川造型師與伊林名模分享時尚品味。
 
「先生的墅」位在新竹市藝術路，基地面積6000餘坪，分3期各15戶獨棟別墅，第1期「湯泉綠苑」建坪120~150坪、地坪105坪，每坪開價30萬元起，1戶總價約3600萬元，2期「古根漢」建坪175~300坪、地坪150~290坪，專案副理陳美雲表示，1期僅剩2戶，現主打2期，「我們是新竹第1個合法開挖溫泉建案，戶戶溫泉到府，客戶多為醫師與自營商。」（王筱君／台北報導）
