【動新聞】單車族吸菸族　四一新制要小心

有鑑於單車騎士受傷人數不斷成長，前年甚至多達1萬3千多人，因此交通部針對單車族的危險行為，特別修法訂出罰則，滑手機、講電話，或是未禮讓行人、夜間不開燈，4月1日起一律罰3百元。若酒後騎單車，且酒精濃度超標，還會被罰6百元。
 
此外，汽機車駕駛若任意逼車、變換車道或蓄意突然減速、煞車，停在車道中間，機車駕駛最高罰1萬8千元，汽車駕駛最高罰2萬4千元。此外，4月1日起，國家公園、風景特定區及森林遊樂區等，均劃設禁菸區及吸菸區，違者將依《菸害防制法》開罰2千到1萬元；維士比、保力達B等含酒精的口服液廣告，也不得出現在勞工工作場所及工地，否則將依《藥事法》，可重罰2千5百萬元。（動新聞／綜合報導）
