中國富豪袁亞非 想買英百貨零售商

路透引述知情人士報導，中國商業鉅子袁亞非正和英國百貨零售商House of Fraser 進行併購協商，可能使該公司的估值達逾4.5億英鎊（7.49億美元）。

英國媒體周日泰晤士報率先披露的這椿併購提議，是由袁亞非創立、總部設在南京的三胞集團所提出。

歷史長達160年的House of Fraser在英國和愛爾蘭共有61家門市，年營業額約12億英鎊（20億美元），目前採取雙軌並行的方式出脫資產套現－尋找潛在買家，同時也考慮首次公開發行股票（IPO）。
