針對學運與服貿問題，參選宜蘭縣長的國健署長邱淑媞表示，這場學運喚起社會大眾重視、討論兩岸貿易與全球化浪潮所帶來的衝擊，也讓政府更有機會把疑慮說清楚，這一點是好的。

邱淑媞今天參加宜蘭縣音樂藝術推廣協會的兒童圓夢音樂會後，接受媒體記者訪問。

至於服貿與自由化貿易，邱淑媞說，很少有國家能置身於全球化、自由化的浪潮外，但過程中不能躁進，尤其必須針對貧富落差擴大與弱勢產業做好配套，應該改善稅制，強化「財富重分配」的配套，把開放帶來的獲利，分配給受衝擊的弱勢，建立善的循環。
