超過10萬名以上的群眾30日走上凱道力挺太陽花學運，馬英九總統態度未被撼動，堅持「不會撤回兩岸服貿協議」，總統府發言人李佳霏表示，退回服貿台灣經濟極為不利，確實難以辦理。

330活動主辦單位要求總統出來面對四項訴求：1. 退回服貿協議；2. 兩岸協議監督專法法制化，先立法、再審服貿協議，立法院完成前不得與中國洽談或簽定新協定或協議；3. 召開公民憲政會議；4. 要求朝野立委站出來，響應人民的訴求，支持民間版兩岸協定締結條例草案盡速完成立法。

對此，李佳霏轉述馬總統回應說，今天活動和平理性，順利結束，總統對此予以肯定；對於在場群眾的訴求，總統也都有仔細傾聽。

李佳霏表示，針對13天前學生所提出的第一個訴求，也就是「服貿協議逐條審查、逐條表決」，已獲得立法院國民黨黨團同意。另外，學生最近所提出的四項訴求，馬總統在昨天下午的中外記者會中，都已一一明確回應，包括：

第一，支持兩岸協議監督機制法制化，並希望在立法院本會期內完成。
