每天都打幾十個噴嚏 過敏到底有沒有辦法根治啊…囧

最近過敏不知道為什麼越來越嚴重，
早上經常都要用幾十個噴嚏迎接新的一天…

後來養成定期清洗窗簾床單的習慣後的確有好一點了..
可是枕頭心、床墊、地毯、這些東西真的是很難清，
再厲害的洗衣機也沒有辦法扔進去洗啊
我又是那種睡覺一定要蓋被的人，

一直洗棉被也是很困擾…

過敏真的困擾我很久了，還曾經因為過敏去學游泳，
但還是依然不斷的過敏，實在是太崩潰了，
因此最近打算用科技的力量來解決過敏這件事！

目前正在考慮要買『除蟎機』，不知道有沒有大大用過？
上網查了一下，除了LG之外的品牌名稱都沒啥聽過，蠻陌生的說
Google了一下，目前是考慮Raycop Hera和LG的除蟎機。

不過我對除蟎機的世界真的很陌生啊（抱頭）
不知道有沒有用過除蟎機的大大可以推薦一下，
或是分享一下使用除蟎機的心得嗎？萬分感謝！

BTW：會過敏的大家都是什麼症狀？是只有我會一次幾十個噴嚏嗎..？
