兒童節送健康　中市9萬學童同時路跑

慶祝兒童節，台中市上午有近九萬名的國小學童一齊跑步，展現活力與熱情。

台中市教育局今年首度規劃「愛跑步 I-Running 路跑活動｣，上午十時，帶領全市226校、8.7萬名學童同時路跑，大部分都路跑地點都選在學校週邊道路，不過其中6千名學童惠中路一段出發，行經市政路、朝富路以及秋紅谷生態公園，總長度2公里。

台中市長胡志強特地到場鳴槍幫小朋友們加油打氣，胡志強說「比起給30元的禮物，小朋友收到的是健康與快樂，有價值多了。｣（鄭敏玲／台中報導）
