318學運落幕　帆廷兩人共挨告19件

318反服貿太陽花學運持續24天，學生於10日晚間退出議場落幕，但根據台北地檢署統計，學運領袖林飛帆、陳為廷兩人不僅涉嫌妨害公務罪，也分別遭民眾告發10件和9件等罪，檢警將於近期約談相關人士調查。

根據中央社報導，318反服貿太陽花學運學生團體和反服貿民間團體，從3月18日開始占領立法院共計585個小時，歷經24天，學生終於在10日晚間走出議場，將國會還給人民，而這場學院也暫告一段落。

但接下來學運領袖林飛帆、陳為廷等共43名學生將面臨的則是多個挨告案件，其中包含攻占立法院和群眾擅闖行政院等相關犯罪。根據台北地檢署表示，光是帆、廷兩人各涉嫌妨害公務、妨害自由、恐嚇、瀆職等罪，分別挨告10件、9件。

此外，今天出版的《中國時報》則指出，目前北市警局已將涉案攻占立院的學生共52人移送法辦。法界人士則表示，由於學生所犯的案件大多屬輕罪，包含侵入住宅、毀損、妨害公務罪等，大多屬3年以下有期徒刑，因此可望檢方「從輕處理」。
