張德正涉恐嚇 前妻出庭哭求：放過我吧

開砂石車衝撞總統府的張德正，因恐嚇林姓前妻案，昨到台北地院出庭（見圖，王己由攝）。林女聲淚俱下向合議庭說，希望前夫放過她，因張曾在探視小孩時恐嚇：「我現在開聯結車，等我開油罐車妳就完蛋了！」當庭請求法官撤銷張的緩刑予以重判。但張否認說過這些話，張還說，衝撞總統府後「就沒有工作，所以沒錢給。」反控前妻「不知誰才是家暴受害者」。全案4月28日宣判。

張德正與前妻離婚後，自100年12月起至101年7月間，7次以簡訊、1次以書信方式恐嚇前妻，張認罪且願分期每月賠償5000元共25萬元，因此獲判8月徒刑，得易科罰金，緩刑4年。檢方不服判決提上訴，台北地院昨二審開辯論庭。

林女說，「他對我的騷擾、恐嚇，已讓我無法負荷，還把衝撞總統府的責任推給我。」讓她極度恐懼，並哽咽表示，自己兼3份工作養小孩，「他沒照顧小孩還恐嚇我，請張先生放過我。」
