核四停工 台電：如宣告破產

（中央社記者吳佳穎台北27日電）政府決定核四一號機不施工、安檢後封存，二號機全部停工；台電聞訊後深感錯愕，並表示立即停建等於投入的收不回，台電負債將超過資本額新台幣3300億元，等同宣告破產。

府院黨今天在縣市首長會議中達成共識，即日起核四一號機不施工、安檢後封存，二號機全部停工。

台電董事長黃重球表示，停建等於投入的收不回，台電負債將超過資本額新台幣3300億元，等同宣告破產；而核四的虧損台電無法自行吸收，目前正在和同事、會計師研議，如果是一次性提列虧損，難逃馬上宣告破產命運，分次提列可能好一點。

被問及台電的下一步是什麼？黃重球感嘆表示，如果能馬上給答案就好了，台電的問題並不容易，還需要一段時間討論才能對外說明。

至於電價會不會上漲？他說，台電甚至沒辦法想這麼遠的問題。1030427
