身障媽媽傳大愛　一家人都當志工

自小罹小兒麻痺的蔡淑惠，長年含辛茹苦將一子一女撫養長大，今天獲屏東縣政府獲頒身心障礙模範母親。「其實我覺得自己是個幸福的人。」蔡淑惠表示，丈夫對她好，平日她靠裁縫貼補家用，除了小時注意孩的生理是否健康外，心理層面就是鼓勵孩子別學壞，長大做個有用的人。
 
職業軍人的蔡淑惠長子鄭騰祿表示，媽媽身體不方便，但自小她都以身作則，親力親為，是子女成長過程待人處事的好榜樣。就是現在，全體家人也受媽媽影響，成為殘障服務協會的終身志工，服務更多人。（陳宏銘／屏東報導）
