標題[問題]關於DESIRE 816W(聯通版) 出現上下雙箭頭

最近剛入手DESIRE 816W 聯通版的手機 發現只要一關閉WIFI，單獨跑卡1行動數據的時候 就會出現下圖中，左上角雙箭頭符號， https://www.dropbox.com/s/7tv2ta3jug1g0cg/2014-05-02%2003.10.48.png
