喝有毒酒精飲料 肯亞1週63死

肯亞警方發言人穆溫宜(Masoud Mwinyi)今天(7日)說，肯亞本週至少有63人在喝下有毒酒精飲料後死亡。醫院消息人士則是表示，目前還有多人因喝下這種有毒的酒精飲料，送醫急救中。
另外，警方女發言人恩波蘿綺(Zipporah Mboroki)表示，目前警方正在追查這種有毒酒精飲料的來源，調查人員也正在化驗這種有毒酒精飲料樣本，以確定導致民眾中毒的來源。
官員表示，喝下有毒酒精飲料而死亡的民眾，主要居住在首都奈洛比(Nairobi)及中部和東部的城市。在某些地區，含酒精飲料的主要販售地點是在有執照的酒吧，但在一些貧窮鄉下地方，含酒精飲料則是直接在大街上販賣。
不過，因為喝下有毒酒精飲料而致死的案例，每年都在肯亞上演，並不算罕見。
