板大們晚安 小弟78年次，私立科大商學系畢業(2012.6)，去年七月陸軍退伍 去年八月至今在某銀行上班，需輪早中晚班，偶爾輪大夜班(平均一個月3天) 每天工時8小時準時下班，當月紅字幾天就休幾天! 底薪27k+輪班津貼平均一個月大蓋領35k，目前還屬於派遣所以無年終跟三節 最近也開始在思考這份工作是否值得再做下去...畢竟輪班的生活跟女友還有家人間 的相處時間變好少，常常我休假大家都在上班，大家休假我在上班.. 但知道自己條件並不好，是否能找到更有未來的工作! 其實也滿想回家鄉領22k，至少能多陪陪家人 迷惘 0.Q -- -- ◢ ◢◢ ◢◢◢◢◢◢ ◣ ◢ ◢ ◢◢ ◢◢◢◢◢◢ ◢ ◥◣◢◤ ▄▄ ◢ ◢◢ ◢◢◢◢◢◢ ◥◤ ◢ ◢◢ ◢◢◢◢◢◢ ◢ Mercedes-Benz. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.161.19.51 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1399469349.A.8C2.html
