濫權案有罪 泰總理盈拉下台

泰國政局可能變天，泰國憲法法庭今天下午宣判，看守總理盈拉因調動國家安全委員會秘書長，涉及利益衝突，盈拉違法濫權，必須下台，看守內閣已立即指派副總理布松派森為看守總理。

泰國憲法法庭法官：「根據泰國憲法，被告不能繼續擔任總理一職。」

泰國憲法法庭7日下午宣判，看守總理盈拉違法濫權，必須下台，而內閣中涉及此案的9名部長也必須辭去職務，憲法法庭從當地時間中午12:15分開始宣讀判決，總共花了1小時30分鐘才念完，法官表示，2011年盈拉先是調動國安會秘書長塔雲，以便空出國家警察總長一職，為的是讓哥哥戴克辛前妻的兄長能夠出任國家警察總長，這樣的安排涉及利益衝突，違法濫權，必須下台，反政府民眾一聽說盈拉有罪，開心的不得了。

反政府民眾：「我很高興她下台了，但沒有百分之百如我所願，讓整個盈拉政府通通下台。」

由於泰國將在7月20日進行大選，憲法法庭這時的判決是否對大選有所影響？挺盈拉的紅衫軍是否會如先前喊話，發動大規模示威？外界密切關注。
