在104投遞職缺後大概2-3天接到面試電話面試的過程是直接跟分店店長面談我們這批是4位同時面談的問題大致為： 1.自我介紹(個人特質.工作經驗.未來規劃等) 2.為什麼想來誠品 3.為什麼想來誠品這家分店 4.對樓管的工作了解有多少 5.為什麼想應徵樓管這份工作 6.交通工具為何 7.能否接受輪班.輪休.進撤櫃可能會到很晚的工作時間 8.因應發展擴張能否接受調店的安排然後主管大致說明了一下樓管的工作內容/上班時間/薪資待遇等(沒經驗的應不超過30K) 整個面談中過程是很輕鬆的後面有點閒聊的性質可能每家分店狀況會不太一樣大致是這樣結束本次面試給各位想投入誠品樓管大大們參考可能真的很缺人隔天我就接到錄取電話了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.169.185.165 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1400145627.A.42F.html ※ 編輯: kouitsuka (118.169.185.165), 05/15/2014 17:23:08
