頂樓原來有防水PU重做需要用底漆嗎

有滲水到樓下的情況應該是已經破到結構體了
建議修補前要把破裂處的PU局部清理掉看看結構體有無裂縫
等待結構面乾燥後再上底漆
等底漆乾固後再上PU中塗材料

如果真的要買油性PU材料是算公斤的
但一般店家都沒有零售 只有一組30KG

你可以去防水材料店找找看
Sonolastic SL1單液型PU一支差不多在兩百上下

他的成分是聚胺脂填縫膠打開就可以直接施作!
