都更熱　說明會2天500人塞爆

什麼場合這麼盛大，吸引700多人參與？台北市政府都市更新處今舉辦都更程序及法令說明會，反應超踴躍！名額原訂600人，開放報名第2天就有500多人報名，最後主辦單位調整場地，將名額增至700人，現場還是座無虛席。
 
在建築師事務所任職的陳慶煒表示，都更部分條例違憲是很嚴重的事情，尤其工作領域又屬於都更規劃單位，會很關心之後遇到都更案件應怎麼處理，所以前來參加說明會。
 
都更處處長林崇傑說明，日後都更程序增加事業概要審議、各階段須送達至關係人的規定，以及增加聽證程序。市府除了今召開法令說明會告知相關領域從業人士日後都更案件如何因應，也會在12行政區舉辦說明會，讓關心都更的民眾也可以了解更多資訊。
