立法院初審通過　有外國居留權禁任政務官

立法院內政委員會今初審通過《國籍法》第20條修正草案，具有外國或港澳地區永久居留權的我國國民，不得擔任政務人員。擁有外國、港澳地區居留權的政務官要在任職辦理放棄，並在就職後1年內完成放棄程序。

此外，修法也規範，如果法令修正通過時已任政務官且擁有外國、港澳地區永久居留權，應於新法施行1年內辦理放棄，但若能提出因非可歸責當事人事由，導致無法取得證明，且經外交機關查證屬實者，不在此限。

不過，修法仍須經朝野黨團協商。國民黨團黨鞭林鴻池質疑，若有外國居留權已經失效的狀況，還要申請放棄嗎？民進黨立委邱議瑩說，美國綠卡失效，但永久居留權還在，所以還是要去放棄。（黃揚明／台北報導）
