史亞平：駐越代表若不在 仍有代理人

民進黨立委管碧玲今天說，越南發生暴動期間，我國越南代表處卻沒人可以負責調度，因為駐越代表黃志鵬被召回，直到今天才回去越南，但是這個說法被外交部次長史亞平反駁。

立法院社福衛環委員會今天邀請勞動部、經濟部、外交部等部會報告越南暴動後，保護台商機制與求償作為。管碧玲質詢指出，駐越代表黃志鵬因為外交部人事內鬥被召回台灣，因他申訴台灣駐越代表處有人收紅包，黃志鵬無法於第一時間在越南協助台商。

史亞平說，外交部沒有召回黃志鵬，就算黃志鵬依照規定請假回台，當地也有代理人，不會沒人負責。
