遙控鐵捲門故障，請問哪裡壞掉?

剛開始故障的情況是按了下降鈕鐵捲門到底後自動又上升，然後到頂後自動下降，最後按下降鈕有卡一聲但鐵捲門沒動降不下來，用手動把鐵捲門拉下後，鐵捲門自動上升，感覺好像上升鍵被按住卡住了感覺(我確定遙控器及按鈕沒卡住)，原本以為遙控線組壞掉，結果買來更換後結果一樣(白花錢)，當時下降鍵失靈，停止鍵按住不放才停，但放下後又自動上升，上升鍵當時沒問題。
後來又發生第二種狀況，按鍵全失效，極限開關往下的那個微動開關我把它兩極用尖嘴鉗接觸鐵捲門不會動作，但是若接觸往上的微動開關鐵捲門就可以上升(馬達應該沒壞)，是電容壞掉嗎?但表面看不出爆漿，
請各位師傅幫幫忙~小弟感恩!!
