借學校電話要5元　小姊妹沒錢淋大雨回家

梅雨鋒面影響，各地常有雷雨，台東偏鄉小學1對姊妹本月3日放學時，遇大雷雨欲向學校借電話，請家長接送，老師要求先付5元，小姊妹因沒錢，只好一路淋大雨走回家。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，該對姊妹就讀小六、小二，本月3日傍晚突然下起大雨，見同學陸續有人接送，姊妹找老師欲借電話，老師回應「你要打電話，要付五塊錢啊」，她們沒錢只好淋得全身溼透回家。

以打零工維生的家長大罵，「等於用錢欺負孩子？」校方代表登門解釋說，平日曾教導學生「使用者付費」的觀念，當天可能是學生會錯意，但家長表示無法接受。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
