服刑過半假釋獲准 顏清標今晚可出獄

前立委顏清標去年2月19日因為喝花酒一案入獄服刑，到今年5月為止已服刑1年3個月，因為已服刑過半，累進處遇分數達標，加上扣除已執行部分，已達假釋門檻。他於本週二向台中監獄聲請假釋，台中監獄假釋審查委員會前天就通過聲請案，並將假釋案送法務部矯正署核定，今(6)日便快速獲得核准，預計顏清標今晚就可以出獄。

顏清標被控在1999年擔任台中縣議長時，與時任副議長的張清堂喝花酒後，以交際費名義報帳，2012年最高法院依貪污罪判刑3年6個月，並褫奪公權3年定讞。

隨後，顏清標又因教唆人犯頂替、違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例等案，遭檢方併案起訴，裁定應執行刑7年，扣除已執行部分，仍有約3年3個月刑期，去年2月19日顏清標再度入監服刑，日前首度被提報申請假釋。

台中監獄表示，顏清標入獄後在廚房工作表現正常規律，所以，將他列為提報假釋名單。法務部矯正署在今天便核准顏清標的假釋聲請，因此，預計顏清標今晚就可以出獄。
