新北板橋區 浮洲後勢如何呢?

現在整個新北市板橋區

但論售價而言
最讓人買得下去的大概就只剩浮州了吧...

除了合宜住宅之外
其實新社區並不多,大多以30多年的舊公寓為主
售價也大概落在一坪25萬以內就能買到

雖然名為板橋
但以前朋友來我家,還會以為離開板橋區了呢(

不過...
小弟在不久前搬離了住了10多年的浮洲

原因無它...
這10多年來繁榮的成長速度並不快
但10年前剛來時的寧靜祥和感受,反而快速的消失

出入份子也變得比以前更複雜了

在聽到合宜住宅的消息時
其實還蠻期待合宜住宅能為浮洲帶來些改變

不過現在合宜住宅還沒蓋好
小弟實在也有點等不下去了...賣了舊房子另搬他處

其實住了10多年也蠻有感情的,哪邊有好吃的跟環境也都很熟悉
偏偏就是有種恨鐵不成鋼的感受

實在是蠻期待以後能看到浮洲有更多大發展的!!!
