檢追八德合宜住宅弊案　約談5評委查遠雄得標過程

台北地檢署和廉政署聯合偵辦桃園八德合宜住宅弊案，12日以證人身分約談5名評審委員到案說明，檢方要釐清遠雄得標的過程，調查其中是否涉嫌不法情事。

檢方12日上午先提訊白手套蔡仁惠，比對他與趙藤雄、葉世文的供詞，並希望從他口中挖出更多的建設弊案。

下午檢方也以證人身分約談八德合宜住宅的5名評審委員，要調查遠雄得標的過程，以及當中是否有評委收受賄絡，檢方並未透露名單，但根據《蘋果日報》報導，其中一人就是前桃園縣城鄉發展局長吳啟民。
