進windows 7之後usb 3.0 port就沒有反應

電腦的配備是

CPU Intel i3 2100 3.10GHZ
MB asrock H61 icafe
Ram 金斯頓4G*1
VGA AMD Radeon HD6700
Power 全漢藍晶鑽II 400W
HDD WD 1TB*1, WD 320G*1, Hitachi 80G*1

OS windows 7 32 bit
bios 1.90(最近才更新過)

現在的問題是主機板後面的USB 3.0 port在bios 畫面時都可以偵測到裝置

但進到windows 讀取畫面之後就完全沒有反應，感覺沒過電

也已經安裝了asrock usb 3.0 driver

但是裝置管理員裡面還有一個Generic USB hub圖案有驚嘆號

點進去後顯示:這個裝置並未正確執行，因為 Windows 無法載入這個裝置必需的驅動程式。 (代碼 31)

請問各位先進，能否解答一下為何會這樣? 如何解決?
