不滿被超車起糾紛　男甩棍理論反遭對方持刀追

新北市一名男子日前開車要走新北環快到三重，但在下快速道路時，遇到一輛黑色轎車緩慢移動，男子等得不耐煩，於是從外側車道超車，沒想到此舉卻引來對方不滿，一路逼車還追撞，男子不滿因而拿出甩棍想上前理論，但對方駕駛手持長刀，嚇得男子趕緊求饒，事後再到警局報案。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，男子在下快速道路時，從外側車道超越黑色轎車，沒想到此舉卻引來對方不滿，一路逼車還追撞，男子不滿因而拿出甩棍想上前理論，但對方駕駛手持30公分長刀，男子趕緊抵住對方車門，但遭刀子割傷，只能先逃跑，而黑色轎車駕駛也持刀追上去，嚇得男子求饒，賠了500元，事後男子到警局報案，並控告對方恐嚇、傷害。

警方根據車牌找到黑色轎車駕駛，他向警方供稱，因為被男子插隊又遭到挑釁，才會故意開車跟著對方，但男子突然停車害他差點撞上，還想拿甩棍攻擊他，才會持刀反擊。警方最後將他函送法辦。
