警政署因公殉職有疑慮　吳泓諭父淚訴：這不叫冒險犯難嗎

新北市瑞芳交通分隊員警吳泓諭，日前在瑞芳四腳亭隧道內處理車禍案件，卻不幸慘遭拖板車撞飛，送醫不治。但警政署對吳泓諭是因公殉職還是因公死亡的認定有疑慮，因讓吳泓諭的父親無法接受，12日在兒子的靈堂前淚訴：「這樣不叫冒險犯難，什麼才叫冒險犯難。」

吳泓諭10日下午2點多前往瑞芳四腳亭隧道內處理一起車禍案件，卻不幸慘遭拖板車撞飛；送醫前一度失去生命跡象，經基隆長庚醫院搶救後，仍然宣告不治，而吳泓諭的父親是基隆消防局科長，兒子的意外讓吳父相當難過。

但警政署卻對吳泓諭事因公殉職還是因公死亡的認定有疑慮，根據公務人員撫卹法規定，因公死亡分為兩種，一種是冒險犯難或戰地殉職，另一種是執行職務發生意外或死亡，兩者的撫恤金差了六百萬，且只有殉職才能夠進入忠烈祠。

吳泓諭12日控訴兒子服務的單位、新北市警察局成立治喪委員會，但幾天下來都沒有幫到忙，而且對警政署的感到非常痛心，他淚訴：「這樣不叫冒險犯難，什麼才叫冒險犯難。」
