不滿蔡丁貴被訴 本土社團抗議

（中央社記者張榮祥台南15日電）「公投護台灣聯盟」總召蔡丁貴等人涉嫌毀損國父銅像遭起訴，本土社團今天在國立台灣文學館前抗議，要求南檢撤消起訴。

蔡丁貴2月動員數百人到台南市中西區湯德章紀念公園，由蔡丁貴攀爬到國父銅像基座，以繩索套住銅像頸部，再由20多位男女手握繩索，合力扯落銅像。案發後，台南地檢署傳喚62人到案，11日以毀損器物等罪嫌起訴蔡丁貴等7男1女。

本土社團10多人下午在湯德章紀念公園旁、台灣文學館前抗議，高喊「蔡丁貴無罪」、「打倒中華民國」、「台灣建國萬歲」。

本土社團認為蔡丁貴的舉動不是侮辱、毀損國父銅像，只是「微調」，且實地測試銅像是否能承受大地震，結果是不堪一擊。

本土社團要求南檢撤消起訴，台南市政府也應頒發「正義與勇氣」感謝狀給公投盟。

在警方部署戒備下，這場抗議行動未發生口角衝突，本土社團人員則散發新聞稿給眾多途經或進入台文館參觀的遊客，爭取支持。1030615
