夏戀嘉年華 是元介端自創曲同high

花蓮縣政府主辦的「2014夏戀嘉年華」，7月5日至12日將於花蓮六期重劃區登場，將邀請張惠妹、蕭敬騰、羅志祥、謝金燕、丁噹、林俊傑、彭佳慧、潘瑋柏等人接力演出。是元介、江惠儀與陳勢安17日參加造勢記者會，是元介重返歌手身分，將「夏天的風」改編成「花蓮的風」。

暌違4年，是元介重拾歌手身分，將在7月8日演唱會上獻唱3年前創作的自創曲，會緊張嗎？他說：「我一直以為我是歌手出身，在舞台上唱歌不會緊張，但4年沒唱，接到邀約後除了興奮外，心情很緊張，我已經連續兩個星期，一想到要唱歌都在發抖。」
