趙藤雄聲請停押 北院裁定駁回

（中央社記者劉世怡台北18日電）遠雄集團創辦人趙藤雄不滿遭收押，上週向法院聲請具保停押，台北地方法院今天裁定駁回聲請，趙藤雄將被還押看守所。

台北地檢署對此表示，尊重法院裁定。

北院合議庭在下午2時30分開庭，提訊趙藤雄並且聽取檢方及律師答辯後，經過評議而做出裁定。

台北地檢署指揮廉政署偵辦桃園八德合宜住宅案，認定前桃園縣副縣長葉世文向趙藤雄索賄新台幣2600萬元；趙藤雄為取得桃園八德合宜住宅興建標案，由公司副總魏春雄聯繫涉嫌透過學者蔡仁惠當白手套，交付前金賄款1600萬元給葉世文。4人皆遭收押禁見。1030618
