豔陽烤人　台東紫外線很「危險」

今天依舊是豔陽高照的好天氣，根據環保署空氣品質監測網紫外線監測顯示，今上午11時，包括北部及中部地區都已經達到過量級，台東地區更達到危險級。環保署提醒，下午2時前，全台各地紫外線指數都可能達到過量級，請民眾減少出門或做好防曬工作。
 
環保署表示，紫外線指數在8至10間為過量級，曝曬20分鐘就有曬傷可能；紫外線指數在11以上屬於危險級，曝曬15分鐘就有曬傷可能。民眾在上午10時至下午2時若要外出，建議戴帽子或撐陽傘，或擦防曬乳、戴太陽眼鏡等防曬措施，以免中暑曬傷。﹝洪敏隆／台北報導﹞
