各位版友好小弟是社會新鮮人前陣子退伍後到現在也面試多家公司了沒上的和我沒興趣的篩選過後最後也只剩家幾間給我選擇在等待一間我最想要進去的公司A的同時 B公司這時也打給我向我確認究竟要不要去他們公司上班我心裡在天人交戰後還是答應了他..... 因為我害怕A公司到時候沒上如果這時候也拒絕B公司就兩頭空了... 想請問一下如果在B公司只做了一兩個月後就離職去A公司還在試用期的我會不會有甚麼法律責任?
