AF微調功能疑問之請教

小弟有一個有點年紀的SIGMA鏡頭 AF 70-200 F2.8 APO HSM，
以前搭配使用過NIKON機身都沒有移焦現象(包括F70D、D70、D600)
最近因D600的製塵事件，換了一台D610，卻開始有移焦現象產生，從下圖中可以發現約有10mm左右的前移現象。但搭配NIKON 鏡頭還是對焦精準。

使用D610的內建AF微調工具，想要調整移焦情形，不論儲存值或預設值的值怎麼調整，拍攝出來的照片，移焦位置還是一樣，紋風不動。(當然AF微調功能是ON，有打開)
想請教，AF微調功能不適用於早期的老鏡嗎?還是我的操作方式有誤?
如果這樣子無法校正過來，大概只能機身連鏡頭，送恆伸處理了。
