《Bloomberg》報導，俄國最新經濟數據報告顯示，第二季 GDP 受歐美經濟制裁、消費者需求減少影響，僅成長 0.8%。

俄國聯邦統計局透過電子郵件發表聲明指出，第二季 GDP 僅比去年同期成長 0.8%，略差於第一季成長 0.9%，亦劣於俄國經濟部預期成長 1.1%。

俄國官員在聲明中指出，今年以來除 6 月以外，俄國企業投入生產的投資金額每個月都減少，消費者需求減少亦對經濟不利；俄國薪資成長率開始明顯減緩，零售量則連續 3 個月減少。

國際政治衝突為俄國經濟帶來不確定性，同時結構性的因素亦影響俄國經濟成長。俄國總統普丁 (Vlamidir Putin) 先前計畫要提振境內消費者需求，刺激企業投資成長，現在隨著歐美經濟制裁加重，目標短期內恐難以實現。

俄國政府預估，今年全年經濟成長率可能只有 0.5%，創 2009 年以來最低紀錄；分析師則估計，俄國第三季經濟表現有收縮的風險，通膨率恐持續下降 。
