坑殺勞退勞保基金炒股案　旺旺友聯遭搜索

檢方偵辦黃明松炒股案，查出旺旺友聯產物保險公司的巫姓經理、蔡姓股市掮客也涉案，12日派出約20名調查官前往旺旺友聯公司搜索，並約談巫男、蔡男說明，訊後將移送至新北地檢署複訊。

新北地檢署日前查出，黃明松因涉嫌將佳總、佶優與萬潤科技等公司股票價格炒高後，再透過白手套找來第一金投信、新光投信基金經理人及元大寶來投信拉抬股票價格，買入事先議定數量，最後出脫持股，坑殺勞退、勞保基金，至少有8人共同獲利1億2200多萬元，黃明松被依證券交易法等罪嫌羈押禁見。

根據《中央社》報導，檢方循線追查，黃明松於民國100年9月間透過蔡男，以高額回扣行賄旺旺友聯產物保險公司投資部門的巫姓經理，買入黃明松等人的股票。

12日檢方發動第二波搜索，派出20多名搜查官前往旺旺友聯產物保險公司搜索，並約談巫男與蔡男等人到案說明，訊後將會移送至新北地檢署複訊。
